Featuring: Dr. Ronald James Sider
Ron is a prolific author and is the founder of Evangelicals for Social Action. He is a founding board member of the National Religious Partnership for the Environment. He is also the Distinguished Professor of Theology, Holistic Ministry, and Public Policy at the Palmer Theological Seminary in Philidelphia, Pennsylvania. Sider has published over 30 books and has written over 100 articles in both religious and secular magazines.
What really puts him on the map is that he was a part of Rosebank Brethren in Christ Church in his early years! Ron is in his 54th year of marriage to Arbutus and they have three children and six grand-daughters.
Pauline Cober and Friends will provide wonderful special music and there will be a full course dinner served in the gymnasium after the service is over.
